(NFO) Next Flight Out: When time is absolutely critical and next day delivery won't do, Orange Courier will place your package on the next available flight out from the closest available airport. As soon as the flight reaches it's destination, a waiting Orange representative will retrieve the shipment and deliver it immediately to the recipient.

Overnight Air Freight: Continental U.S., (additional day for all international destinations)
Priority: 2-day air
Deferred: 3-5 day air

Service Features:

Airport Deliveries and Retrievals: Orange Courier offers pick-up and delivery on your inbound/outbound shipments to and from Los Angeles, Burbank, Ontario, John Wayne and other surrounding airports.

Daily Routes: We can provide pick-ups and deliveries at pre-designated times and locations, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Dedicated Driver Service: Orange Courier will provide you with a professional driver and the size of vehicle of your choice. You have the luxury of the driver reporting to you daily for your routing instructions, without the additional cost and liability of your own company vehicle and driver.

Availability: Orange Courier is open and fully staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Whether it's during regular business hours or in the middle of the night, you will never find yourself communicating with an answering service or voice mail, but rather a live person.

Drivers: We are more than 300 drivers strong. One of our fully uniformed, professional and well-groomed drivers will pick-up from your facility (or other location) in a timely and efficient manner. The drivers are two-way radio dispatched, carry alphanumeric computer generated pagers, and are easily tracked by our Tele-Trac System.

Medical Drivers: In addition to above criteria, these drivers carry coolers, dry ice, blue ice and spill kits.

Operational Features:

Computerized Technology: Our order entry/dispatch system enables our staff to provide you with instant information on your delivery, immediate pricing by phone, and can handle each order request in under 30 seconds.

Computerized Air Tracking: The computer system utilizes an Alpha Numeric Communication System. Within seconds of placing each of your shipping orders, your complete delivery information including any special instructions is sent to your selected driver exactly as it was entered; thus providing you with immediate dispatch and the highest level of accuracy.

Automated Proof of Delivery: Our system is designed to provide timely call-back of proof of delivery (POD) information. Upon request, immediately after delivery is made, the POD can be automatically faxed to you.

Verbal Proof of Delivery: Upon request, an Orange Courier customer service representative will be happy to call you and let you know your critical shipment was delivered safely and on time. All air freight shipments will automatically receive a verbal POD.

Management Information Reports: These reports may be customized to accommodate your needs. The basic report lists all shipment orders, pick-up addresses, delivery addresses, your job numbers (optional), proof of deliveries, specific instructions and charges.

LTL and Full Load Services:
Orange Courier maintains a Special Service Department designed to analyze and improve our over-all efficiency and provide immediate responses to the special needs of our clients. Each Customer Service Representative is equipped and ready to handle your special request.

On-Demand Trucking Service:
24 hours a day, 365 days a year! We cover critical situations where a bobtail, truck or other vehicle, permitted loads or pilot cars are needed.

Our on-demand service primarily covers the 11 western states, but will run as far as the eastern seaboard.

Upon placing your order, our dispatch personnel will have a truck and driver(s) at your facility promptly. The driver(s) will then drive direct to the assigned destination to meet the delivery deadline on time.
